    Bloomfield Hills beat Oakland Activities Association Blue Division rival Farmington 41-14 to move to 5-0 for the first time since 2016 on Friday, Sept. 24, at Bloomfield Hills.

    The lead was 34-7 at halftime.

    Junior quarterback CJ Jackson tossed five touchdown passes to lead the Black Hawks. Jackson has 16 touchdown passes this season and only one interception.

   Senior Andrew Sieierski caught two touchdown passes and had 97 yards receiving. Senior Evan Knox, junior Aaron Zekman, and junior DJ Lee also caught touchdown passes.

 

    Senior Cole Rodriguez rushed for 91 yards and had a fumble recovery.

   The Black Hawks improved to 3-0 in league play and 5-0 overall. The Bloomfield Hills offense has exploded since its opening 13-10 win over Berkley, averaging 41 points a game.

   Bloomfield Hills travels to Troy Athens (4-1/4-1) on Oct. 1. Athens fell to Berkley (4-1/4-1) 31-20 on Friday.

   The Black Hawks are coming off a 3-4 season in 2020 and 2-7 seasons in 2019 and 2018.

   Bloomfield Hills completed the 2016 regular season at 9-0 before falling to West Bloomfield in its Michigan High School Athletic Association district opener.
